Offered here is a vintage original 8x10 in. US single-weight glossy photograph from the epic silent film adventure drama BEN-HUR: A TALE OF THE CHRIST, released in 1925 by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) and directed by Fred Niblo. Ramon Novarro gives an outstanding performance as a Jewish prince who seeks to find his family and revenge himself upon his childhood friend (Francis X. Bushman) who had him wrongly imprisoned.

The image features an image from the climax of one of the scene's key scenes and depicts Juddah Ben-Hur (Ramon Novarro) standing with his whip raised in triumph after beating his nemesis, Messala, in the films famous chariot race sequence. Printed on single-weight stock with a glossy finish, this vintage original photograph has the negative number handwritten in black ink in the right corner of the bottom border as opposed to printed in the bottom of the image area. It is in very fine condition with what looks like the start of two staple holes in the top right corner of the image area (which did not go through the paper) and a few small creases. The image quality is razor-sharp with fine detail and beautiful contrast.
