This book is designed for modern food lovers who want to cook well with minimal effort and sacrifice. Unlike many cookbooks that present hundreds of recipes you'll never make, I have reduced the Surreal repertoire to a finely tuned collection of crowd pleasers that are relatively simple and quick to prepare.
