Material PVC - These are made of a thick PVC, sort of like what blow up mattresses are made with. Not the thin plastic material you find on cheap pool rings.

These have nice filling and emptying plugs. They allow air to enter but not come out when filling. They are also easy to empty by pulling the plug which leaves it completely open and easy to deflate.
