Condition: VF1962 Braves Yearbook - player photos & info. Baseball team yearbooks have always been among the most popular of team collectibles. Like WORLD SERIES and ALL-STAR GAME programs, they were designed to appeal to the mass market by sheer virtue of their simplicity and basic editorial content. They had great visual appeal and gave the general baseball fan an ideal souvenir of the team he followed all season.
Each yearbook provided a basic history of the team, an introductory paragraph and picture of each player including their individual statistics as well as facsimile autographs.
