For your consideration is a vintage Eustace Co silk womens jacket.  This jacket is red with the gold thread embroidery and frog closures and lined in a gold as well.  It has a pocket on each side front as well.  I know this was worn prior however I do not think it was ever fastened as the frog closures were tight to do and are not frayed at all.  Measurements:  Bust 40",  waist 42" and hips 44", sleeves from shoulder approximately 19" and length is 25".  There are no stains, holes or marks on the outside of this jacket.  The lining has a mark on the back that is about 1" long and 1/4" wide that looks like a comb mark in a light blue.  The only other issue is with the underarms.  They have an old cotton underarm pad that was slip stitched in to avoid wetness, however the inside of the pad has dried and is brittle on one side and the other is flaking off and has come loose.  These can be removed easily.  The one side that has come off shows that the lining has frayed under the arm and is discolored as I have shown in the photos.  A new pad could be stitched in again so that it would absorb moisture and it would also cover the discoloration and frayed material.  This is a very nice jacket in good condition on the outside looking like it was never worn.
