For your consideration is a Lauren Ralph Lauren casual pants.  These are a beige color, almost a white in color.  They are 100% cotton.  They have 2 side pockets with a size opening with button closure.  Marked size 16.  Measurements:  Waistband 36", inseam 27", drop 12 1/2", leg opening 16".  The hem of the pants does have some fraying from wear.

No rips or stains.
