For your consideration is a vintage ginger jar.  This jar is brass with enamel cloissone in a floral motif.  It is browns and greens with the gold lines to define the flowers.  Top is solid brass and fits inside top.  Bottom is a blue enamel.  It is 9 1/2" tall and 4" in diameter at the widest point.  Very pretty to show or use as a vase without the top.
