These handmade copper earrings are wire wrapped rings and lavender glass beads with a dangle. Medium gauge wire is shaped into small rings and hammed by hand to flatten and strengthen. Two rings of slightly different size are wrapped together with fine gauge wire along with lavender glass beads. Finally, a small dangle with hammer flatten end and more lavender beads hangs from the bottom ring.The ear wires are also handmade out of copper wire. This is a versatile and eye catching design suitable for any occasion.

Copper - I use natural 100% copper wire to create copper jewelry items. It is not treated with a lacquer or wax. Copper naturally oxidizes over time and develops a patina. Some people love that look and some prefer to keep it shiny. Slow the oxidization process by wiping your copper jewelry with a soft clean cloth before and after each use to keep it clean. You can easily clean oxidized copper jewelry and return it to bright and shiny by soaking it in a mixture of lemon juice and salt for 30-60 seconds, rinse with water, and dry. Try it with a penny.
