Dress is strapless lace covered with cumber bun satin waistline with zipper closure in back.  Jacket is lace covered  with padded shoulders and no closure. I'm guessing at fabric type, no tags with info.  A beautiful dress with classic short jacket.  Make a statement like no other!!!
