This is a very pretty Oriental Linen (#3043). Packaging states AVON, New York*Tokyo*London*Paris. And other Oriental writing that I cannot translate. I don’t know what the use of it would be, very thin material. And the edges are not embroidered. Any help in identifying this item would be appreciated. It is very pretty and interesting. Also has a small bell attached to it.  Measures approximately 36 Inches long and 14 inches wide, it is in excellent condition, no chips or cracks of any kind. Comes in the original plastic bag.
