She is identified on the back as (nee) Marion Evleth of Hartford, Connecticut although her surname is usually seen spelled Eveleth. No photographer location stated. Measures approximately 4.25 x 6.5 including mount. Condition: This is an original photograph, not a copy or reproduction. It has relatively heavy spotting. Comments: This photo originally came as part of a group (sold separately) which spelled the surname Evleth, Eveleth, and Evelette. The most frequent spelling is Eveleth. An on-line genealogy search reveals she was the wife of Charles R. Salmon and both appear in a listing on the Connecticut Daughters of the American Revolution site. This particular family was found in Hartford, Connecticut and Springfield, Massachusetts.
