This is a collection of the Memorial Addresses on the Life and Character of Orville Hitchcock Platt delivered in the Senate and House of Representatives, April 14 and 21, 1906. Orville Platt was a US Senator from the State of Connecticut and was elected five times to that position. He held office on the state level prior to going to Washington. Platt lived from July 19, 1827 to April 21, 1905. This book is in excellent condition with only minor shelf wear on the top and bottom of the spine. One page with a crinkled corner.
