All return require Carry Supply pre-authorization, must be made within 30 days of receive, in original condition with packaging (New and Unused), and subject to 20% restocking charge. Buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages unless we have made an error in the listing or the item is defective. If you ask for a refund during valid period, we will offer you a refund without postage charges. Shipping and handling charges, insurance are not refundable in any case.
