This vintage round beaded necklace is made out of a blueish jade green glass with a marbleized grain look to them. This is not an Emerald Green, it is much more subtle. Each of the beads is 3/4 of an inch across. The glass beads remind me of Aventurine or Peking Glass because of the creamy green and the marbling inclusions, the beads are very unusual. There are lighter shades of turquoise and darker shades of green throughout the beads and micro gold sparkles (see close up pictures). In between each glass bead are 3 gold spacers in the shape of rings or bands that are movable. The necklace measures 18 inches in length, including the chain and fish/shepherd hook clasp.

It is in excellent vintage condition, no chips to the glass beads and all of the gold spacers are intact. I don't know when this was originally purchased, most likely the 1980s or earlier.

This necklace would make a great addition to your collection of vintage jewelry, it is classic and elegant in appearance. It will look perfect with dressy or casual and will be a great necklace to wear for St. Patrick's Day!
