They are 13" x 17" and the outside is a type of cloth. Under the cloth is some type of light weight, but firm material.
Orders coming in before 2pm pst are usually shipped out same day. Orders coming in Friday afternoon or Saturday morning can sometimes be shipped out and Saturday, but most likely they will be shipped out on the following Monday morning. There are no shipments going out on Sunday.
