This is a Vintage House of Lloyd Christmas around the world Festive Carousel Paper Towel Holder.

It is in its original packing / box.  Not sure if it has been used. 

But I have put it as used.

The package has some shelf wear due to age and use.

It is hand painted and made of wood.

Comes unassembled in pack.
