For your consideration, here is a Vintage Advertising Metal Slotted Spoon Bottle Opener for Cremo Flour, Crockston Milling Company.  It has some wear on it.  Some of the finish is worn of the bowl.  It measures 10 3/4 inches long.  The advertising on it reads:
