This is a rare vintage Kentucky souvenir mini plate & cup. It has a real nice "seashell shine" finish, gold accents, and scalloped rims. In the middle of the plate stated "Kentucky - the blue grass state". The plate is approx 3.25" in diameter & the cup is 1.75"x1". Overall in excellent condition without any chips or cracks.
