Brand new without tags. These have hook & eyes on one side & ties with grommets on the other side to adjust them. These are bright Red (like a Christmas Red) & are in two sizes: XXL & XXXL. The XXL is 22.5" flat when secured as close as possible. That means you have to be larger than 45" around the waist to wear it. The XXXL size measures 25" flat when secured as close as possible. That means you have to be at least 50" around the waist to use the XXXL. It is 13.5" long in the front & 11" long on the sides.
