Measurements taken flat:

    Skirt: 12"-15" Waist (Stretch panels in back), 30" Long. 

Top:  20" across Bust & 21" Long.

 They are marked size Small. The Skirt has some fading on the side of it near the zipper, however it is NOT a bleach spot. You can see it in the pics but it is much more pronounced in the pics (due to a lighting error that also makes part of the skirt look aqua, which it is not) & not very noticeable while wearing it. The folds of the fabric cover it up some & it is actually just a tad bit lighter than the regular shade of baby blue. It is completely covered if you wear the top with it. It still has lots of life left in it & I can't see tossing it out due to a very light fading that is actually not very noticeable! However, I have priced it a little lower than I normally would have because of this.
