This is a very nice Collectible Charger Plate Dark Green Gold Men Angel Animal Design Shangha Carogens. I am not completley sure what the design is appears to be 2 Me with Wings looks like tey have Paws and a Fish Tail. This plate is 10 inches wide. The Base is stamp, with what looks like Shangha Carogens but I could niot make it out as it has wear. Please look at picture 7. Looks like some kind of pottery??? Does have wear from age and use.
