Undoubtedly one of the top five rarest of all the Whitman glossy series, this version of 20,000 LEAGUES UNDER THE SEA was released in conjunction with the WALT DISNEY movie of the same title, and disappeared after the movie vanished from movie screens, to be never republished. The titles at the end of the book do not include ANY 1956 titles, and even include several titles which were never released in the glossy format. Finding a copy of this Whitman edition in ANY condition is sheer luck; so scoop this one up -- it won't last long!
