This is a Vintage Santa Barbara California Dripcut Starline  Creamer / Syrup Dispenser.

This Milk Glass Container does not have chips or cracks and is in very good condition.

The marking is inside the chrome lid.   The pattern is Morning Glory.

Great item to add to your kitchen collection.  Rare and hard to find.
