Pattern includes:

 

Fitted unlined vest has cardigan neckline,

cut-away armholes, front button and trim

loop closing and purchased bias tape or

fold-over braid trim. Flared skirt one inch

above mid-knee has straight waistband, front

buttoned closing and topstitching.

Pattern has been trimmed to a Size 14
