Transfer information is different in all cases, depends of weather conditions, machine, etc, this information is just general.

 * Our standard testing condition is

   210?, 45~60 seconds , 100gsm(N) paper, Polyester 100% fabric

140~180?, 3 minutes,   100gsm(N) paper, Mugs (over 70% polyester coated)

Special coating provides brilliant transferred optical density on the fabrics/substrates. Unique anti-curl back coating for lay-flat property. Unique coating ensures true colors, no bleeding and sharp images on final substrates. Minimum ink-bleed on base paper to give high color intensity on transfer.

Short drying time to achieve high transfer rate.

Use instructions:

Print image as mirror image. Cut the image out if required. Hard items such as ceramic, fiber board, metals, etc. requires a special coating to accept the sublimation inks. Place printed paper on the hard coated substrate, such as ceramic, glass, etc, and apply heat press.  Sublimation ink is unique in its ability to convert from a solid to a gas without going through a liquid form. Sublimation is activated by heat and controlled with pressure and time.  Use mugs, tiles, metals, etc. with the appropriate coating. Only 50-100% polyester T-shirts do not require coating.

This is not iron-on heat transfer paper will only work with printers with dye Sublimation Ink.

This paper will not work on 100% cotton shirts.

If you are not familiar with sublimation printing process this is not for you .

This Paper was developed for sublimation printing environments where high production, excellent ink holdout, quick drying is required.  We tested this paper against 13 sublimation papers from around the world and found it superior in most tests. We tested it on our 4 head Mimaki JV5 printing 540x1080 6 pass using our DTL 100 sublimation inks with ink limits at 400%

Our testing confirmed that this Paper:
1. Adhesion This is not a sticky (tacky) paper. Use for applications where ghosting isn't an issue.
2. Excellent  Dye Release,  Brightest Colors Great dye release, very bright and dense color possible.
3. Quick drying compared to most non sticky papers we tested Even on our 4 head machine we didn't need to use the heater for max densities less than 300%.
4. Excellent ink holdout.  Very sharp details. Inks didn't bleed into reverses or adjacent colors up to 300% in our testing.
5. Very Little Ink Bleed through (Coating break down) Even printing at 400% ink coverage there was very little ink bleed through meaning at 400% coverage the paper coating didn't break down.
6. Very smooth Surface Smoothness (No ink mottling) Very smooth with no noticeable coating mottling. (looks very smooth)
