This is a HANDMADE WOODEN PAPER HOLDER MADE IN 1986 IN CUB SCOUTS (1575). It is made of wood and measures approximately 3 ¼ by 3 ¼ and is almost 3 inches tall. Probably a good example for teaching homemade projects. It does have some minor flaws because it was handmade. (Please see pix, for complete description)
