This is a vintage memorabilia from from The Silver City Casino, Las Vegas. 'Never Go Broke I bring Good Luck' with a 1976 penny in middle of  horseshoe shape and a hole for use as a pendant or keychain.

A little walk along Memory Lane:

Major Riddle opened the Silver City Casino in 1974 in teh place of Riata Casino which opened 1973 and closed in less than a year. In 1991, it was the strip's 1st casino to ban cigarette smoking.  The Casino closed on Oct 31, 1999 and demolished 2004 to make way for a shopping center Silver City Plaza.

Material is aluminum. Great condition. Please see photos. Measures roughly 1-5/8"H x 1-3/8"W.
