Vintage original pin back campaign button for Charles Harting Percy known as Chuck Percy who was an American business and politician. He was president of the Bell & Howell Corporation (1949 - 1964), elected to the United States Senate from Illinois as a Republican and served three terms (18 years) until 1985 when he was defeated by Paul Simon, and was mentioned as a GOP presidential hopeful from 1968 through 1988.
