This is a pretty 10K yellow gold ring with 1 Solitaire round diamond. 
I don't know about the details of the diamond but it has been tested to verify. 
Size is about 5.5-5.75 and total weight is 2.90g with my scale. 
There are some miner scratches on the band still it is in very good used condition.
