This is a Vintage Silvertone Snowman Pin. It has prong set Rhinestones/crystals and it's very flashy and stunning with it's sparkling look. The rhinestone colors are a black colored hat, red mouth and scarf, black eyes, amber & red for the belly buttons. This is a very unique and exceptionally nice pin.

There is no name/maker.  It has a safety pin with a "C" clasp that is a rotating "c" clasp.

Size approximately:  1 1/2 inch tall X 7/8 inch wide. One picture is using a flash and the other is no flash used.
