Vintage A&J Red Handled Eggbeater Hand Mixer Made in USA - Patented 1923

BEAUTIFUL item for your collection or display !!! Vertical red wood handle beater with 4 wings; engraved on turn wheel: A & J ? Pat. Oct 9, 1923 ? Made In U.S. America.  Vintage item from the mid 1920's of Metal, Wood and Paint Size: 10-3/4 inches length.  Wheel measures 2-3/4 inches diameter  Still turns very smoothly. In EXCELLENT condition !!! In early 1900's A & J Manufacturing Company of Binghamton, New York was the largest producer of kitchen tools In 1929 Ekco purchached A&J and continued to grow by acquisition during the mid 1900's and became and still is the world's biggest producer kitchen tools.
