DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
If an item is received damaged or defective, do not discard the item or original packaging material. Please photograph damage or defect within 7 days and email Bling & Co. through messages. A replacement will be sent to you. You may or may not be required to re-pack and hold item for return pick up. This will not be at your expense.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please message within 7 days for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a service with tracking and insurance. Once the item is received in perfect and sellable condition, you will be refunded for the item, less a 20% re-stocking fee and original shipping costs.
