This Listing is for 100 seeds of Gynura procumbens The Longevity Plant.  Also known as Moluccan (Dawn or Daun Dewa) Spinach.

I'm stuffing 5-6 seed healthy seed poof heads in there to ensure you get at least 100 seeds. I've seen 20 seeds in one head.

This sunflower relative (Asteraceae) is native from northeastern India to Nepal, Myanmar, southern China, Taiwan and Japan. It is cultivated throughout eastern Asia including China, Taiwan, Japan and Okinawa.

This Plant may be the most prized plant in my collection for its health benefits.  You will not usually find this plant at your local plant store.  The seeds are extremely hard to come by.  I eat the leaves as a main green staple and for its high nutritional content and make tea.

The plant doesn't flower often.  I had it for 7 years before I saw my first flowers.  These seeds are from this years flowering.

My seed supply of this one is limited so get yours while supplies last.

A hardy, fast growing plant also related to the Okinawan Spinach.

Gynura is a cholesterol lowering plant, used in some countries as a tea to decrease the blood glucose of diabetic patients.

Has been used in China for bronchial treatments.

The plant grows long, straight shoots that will train on trellises. It can be rooted directly into the ground by cuttings. The leaves have a slightly fuzzy texture that is agreeable to the palate.  Can be eaten raw in salads or mixed in stews and stir fries.

It is relatively pest-free.

An Excellent Food and medicine.

Thank you for looking!

Be Well.
