Indications

For the relief of muscular pain, stiffness, backache, lumbago, arthritis, sprain, bruises, strains and rheumatic pain.

Directions

Apply 2 to 3 drops of oil and massage into the affected area 3 to 4 times daily after locating the spot that hurts most.

Pressure with the thumb on the area and rub slowly for 1 to 2 minutes. Avoid contact with water for 2 hours.

This will enhance blood circulation, 3 to 5 times daily pain is relieved.
