Included is a helpful guide for determining how much beef to cook in order to make the quantity of tacos, enchiladas, or burritos desired.

This booklet is authored by me. As a connoisseur of Mexican foods, I was always searching for recipes and illustrations to help me make the foods I love so much. The man I married in Yuma taught me the techniques of rolling tacos and burritos in 1980. Through experimentation and practice, I developed and perfected y own basic recipe and copyrighted it in 1991.

My booklet should be your first step when learning how to prepare a Mexican meal. Share the rewards of creating your own gourmet feast. Enjoy the food you make and receive praise from family and friends who taste it too!

My basic recipe is a beef recipe that I use in all of my Mexican dishes. You may use the same spices to give your chicken the same great taste, but I have not actually given you directions for cooking your chicken.


I use this same basic recipe to marinate steak..... even chuck steak will turn out tender if you marinate it following my basic recipe and then grill it slowly until done.


Even if you don't need the illustrated "How To" portion of my little booklet, you will still have my basic recipe that you can use as the basis for flavoring all of your Mexican dishes.
