This a beautiful vintage metal and Blue Saphire rhinestones brooch/ pin.

 Very nice condition, it is missing some small stones

This brooch is marked with two letters N.E inside the chalice or goblet, that represents the manufacturer of New England Glass Works of Providence, Rhode Island ( 1920's - !930's). Which reportedly became Rice Weiner in 1938.

 The size of this pin is 3" long and 1.7" wide. Sells "AS IS".
