This is a promotional 1:64 scale indy car put out by Dreamworks as a promotion for the movie Turbo in conjunction with AAA insurance. It is a replica of the indy car #3 driven by Helio Castroneves. I can not find this item anywhere on the internet, so apparently it's pretty rare. This is a brand new item still in its factory sealed package.
