Digital photos of my favorite rooster. We call him Bruce Wayne. I was going to call him the dark knight, but heard / read that there were some disturbing elements to that movie, so I decided Bruce Wayne was safe enough.

I updated our avatar - it's now Bruce :)

I shouldn't say he's my favorite rooster. Now what's going to happen is he'll get eaten by a hawk, or a coyote, or something. Always happens when I have a favorite...

One of these photos is Bruce Wayne with my favorite hen, named Rachel (as in Rachel Dawes) & her daughter Teyla. Rachel is the grand young'un of a hen given to us by some friends / neighbors up the road... amazing hen... brought out a brood of chicks a few years ago on my middle child's birthday. That was really neat. Anyway, Rachel hatched out some chicks in the spring... started out with about seven... she's down to one, a little hen we've named Teyla. Such is the balance of nature I suppose. Can't help but make me sad sometimes.

I love my digital camera! Get to "shoot" everything in sight... and don't have to spend a fortune printing :)
