This is a new without tags tutu leotard by Dance Star. The size tag says it fits 10-12 years but this looks a lot smaller to me. It measures approx. 19" from shoulder to crotch. Flat chest is 11". I'm going to say this is more of a child medium not 10-12 years. It is light pink with dark pink metallic sequins on front chest. Has a full 2 layer tutu skirt attached. Front of skirt has a few small pink flowers sewn in place. Very cute for Dance. Many dance items listed and will gladly combine shipping.
