***Wild West Organics Sweet Yellow Bell Pepper Seeds***

Bell Peppers originated in Mexico, Central America, and South America and they were said to be named by Christoper Columbus. It was he who took a wide variety of peppers back to Europe around the 16th century where they became very popular.

Our 'Sweet Yellow Bell' organic pepper seeds were hand harvested from my organically grown and carefully nurtured yellow bell pepper plants. They are located in my sunny Arizona garden plot that generally receive dry, warm to very hot daytime temperatures and cool to warm nighttime temperatures. The average annual temperature is 70.9 F.

Sweet yellow bell pepper plants love sunlight and can grow 3 to 4 feet in height (36-48 inches) when raised in a garden, and about 1.5 to 2 feet in height (18-24 inches) when grown in a suitable container like a 5 gallon one. They actually grow best in the garden where their roots have room to spread out. Tie the bell pepper plant stems to a stake for support and to prevent them from bending or breaking off.

These seeds produce vibrant and heavy yellow fruits when ripe that average about 4 inches long.and 3 inches wide with a bell- shape appearance.

Sweet yellow bell peppers appear green when they are immature and then ripen to a vibrant yellow. Favorable growing conditions produce yields of 15 to 20 deliciously sweet fruits per plant.
