USA - Free postage.

Please note :-

A word about Shipping and Delivery times.

I offer Free Shipping on nearly all of my Buy-It-Now items, and on Auction items a fairly priced Shipping charge (which includes USPS service and the cost of a dedicated mailer suited to the particular item).

Items are shipped within 3 day of the order being placed. Sometimes they are shipped the same day, sometimes on the third day. This is mainly because the nearest properly functioning Post Office to where I live is 7 miles away, plus I have a full-time job with regrettably stupid hours. I cannot and will not go there each and every day.

It's 'shipping within 3 days', end of.

CD's are shipped First Class, it's cheap and cheerful for them, no worries.

Records – all formats, 45's, vinyl LP's and 78's – plus books are all shipped by Media Mail. An guide (note, that's an official guide, thank you...) shows the following information regarding Media Mail...

'In a hurry? Don't choose Media Mail as your shipping method. The USPS considers Media Mail to be Bulk Mail. All bulk mail is sent to a central hub according to the post office of its origin or its destination. There are 21 Bulk Mail Centers throughout the U.S. The hub sorts the package and ships according to the USPS time table, not necessarily your time table. For example, during the holidays, your item could take over a month to be delivered.'

If you want your item delivered, I don't know, let's say, yesterday, forget it, sorry, go elsewhere.   :o(

However, if you want it delivered Priority or 1st Class, ask beforehand, it's not a problem and I can make the necessary adjustments.

The crucial information is given above...

overlay a huge number of listings with big announcements of 'Fast and Free' and what appears to be promises of overnight delivery... I do not enter these details, please note.

Basically, Shipping is free, and included in the price, in most cases...it's via Media Mail, it's 'Free', but unlikely to be 'Fast'...It'll get there, and - trust me – items are rarely genuinely 'lost in transit', so don't worry, it'll get there, often pleasingly quicker than we think, but probably not as quick as promise you on my behalf...

Thank you for reading this.
