For the kid in everyone, this Hot Wheels is from a McDonald's Happy Meal in 1998.  In original, unopened packaging, it contains a red #94 Ronald McDonald NASCAR racing car. Comes with a sheet of detailing stickers inside the package. Car measures 3" long X 1" wide. Look for other McDonald's themed items in my booth.
