Measuring from about where the shoulder seam normally is to about where the shoulder seam normally is about 17 inches. Measuring from under the armpit to under the other armpit straight across is about 19 inches. Measuring about where the waist would be straight across is about 17 1/4 inches. Measuring from the collar seam down the back is about 27 1/4 inches. Measuring from the top of the sleeve down the arm to the wrist is about 23 inches. This top has a wrist cuff please see pictures.
