this item does not have any name or markings on it, to say who the maker is, sorry.
it is quality stainless steel .
it measures an honest 11 inches across.
i am not sure which side is up, so I took pictures of both sides.
it is a flat rim that holds 6 eggs cups.
it must fit in a dutch oven or over a stock pot or fry pan or something.
i am only selling the insert with the 6 cups, i don't have a pot that fits it.
this set has not been used.
