Will Roger Shrine Copper Pin Brooch

Collectible pin that looks to be hand painted on round copper with the words: Will Roger Shrine Alt. 8000 ft. Not sure of the age of this item, I am thinking it to be vintage. Measures 2 inches across the front area. Looks to be new and unused so I have called this new. I did come by this second hand though.
