HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All items typically ship via FedEx service within 2-5 business days after we have received clear payment. Once an item is shipped, we will update the tracking number for FedEx on eBay. You may use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment. The tracking number will tell you the day on which the item will be delivered. Because we ship via FedEx, we cannot schedule an exact time as to when the item will arrive. Typically FedEx drops off all shipments by 7pm Monday - Friday. We ship worldwide with a minimum flat charge. International buyers are responsible for any custom & duty charges.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We know it is sometimes difficult to purchase items online. When you purchase an item from us, you have 30 days from the time you receive to decide if the item is well suited for your home. If you are unhappy with the item simply send us a message and we will respond promptly with complete return instructions. Once the item has been returned to our facility, we will issue a refund for 100% of your purchase price. We do not charge any restocking fees, however the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for all items that are not damaged in transit. Please allow 2 - 4 days for your credit to post.
