For your consideration, here is a WWII USS Nashville CL-43 Printed Thank You Note to Puget Sound Navy Yard personnel, following overhaul and repairs. It was in the Puget Sound Navy Yard, in 1945. Inside, it shows the comments from the captain on the right.

It measures 5 1/4 by 3 inches, unfolded. It was in a scrapbook and has some glue remains and missing paper on the back. It has two creases in the cover page and two small dent marks in the paper.
