Crimson Fire Topaz is a natural topaz, mined in Brazil, and it has been Titanium treated in much the same manner (and by the same people) as the Mystic Fire Topaz we've sold online for 15+ years now. This is a very stable process, and you don't ever have to worry about the color fading.

The color is not ruby red, not garnet red, but maybe somewhere in between. It would pass for ruby before it would pass for garnet. Hard to pin the color down, really...
