This is a nice piece. If you are gardener it is especially appropriate. The tart burner holder at the top is deep enough for a large candle and the underside at the back to insert a tea light is generous.  It is a colorful piece, and looks like a fancy flower pot. It does not appear to have ever been used.  It is nearly 5 inches all.  The design is raised.  The instructions for use are with it.
