Fisher Price Suzie Seal Pull Toy, circa 1965. My online research tells me that this little girl is "Suzie Seal #621", possibly variation FPT 2457, and dates to the mid-60's. Her paper parts are all still in place but showing their age and wear, especially around the edges, not surprising considering that she's 50 years young!  Her original string is broken, leaving just a few inches to pull her along the floor. But her bell still rings, as she bops merrily across the floor! She'd love to join your vintage toy collection! Suzie is approx. 7" tall from her cute little "flippers" to the top of her red & white ball, and 5 1/2" long overall.
